Terms & Conditions:

Sales  by Varsa  (Seller) of Varsa Designs products through the Varsadesigns.com website or catalog shall be made only on the terms that are contained in this policy. Any sales made are conditioned upon the Purchaser's consent to the terms below. No modifications may be made unless in writing from Varsa. We reserve the right to change the Terms without notice.

How to order:

At this time, orders can be done using the printable order form or by phone. Click here to go to the order form. Call 714-532-2593 to order.

Order status:

Once you receive a confirmation on sale, the order with be sent for production scheduling.

Estimated Order Delivery:

Along with your order, a confirmation number and the delivery time will be provided. Most orders are actually delivered earlier than the estimated time.

Deliver/Damage Claims:

Purchasers must note any damages on delivered products and notify seller within 24 hours of receipt. Varsa will be responsible for the filing of any claims with the delivering company. Products and packaging must be retained for inspection or all claims will be denied.

Payment:

Payment is due in full at the time the order is placed and will be taken via phone or fax.

Returns:

We believe that our clients should be happy with what they receive. Each piece of furniture is uniquely made for each order with a great deal of attention to detail. All returns must be approved by Varsa and are subject to a 75% restocking fee. 

Cancellations:

Orders must be cancelled within 72 hours, in writing. After this period, all orders can be cancelled for a 40% cancellation fee. Orders that are within 72 hours of shipment date cannot be cancelled.

Warranty:

All products will have a one year warranty and exclude regular wear and any damage due to a disregard of care instructions supplied by Varsa (ie: finish maintenance, regular cleaning and temperature and humidity regulation).
